The Eagle Condor Alliance offers 10 Day Sacred Medicine Retreats in the mountains outside of Medellin, Colombia. Our next retreat dates are June 23rd – July 2nd.
Participants stay in comfortable glamping, camping, and shared cabin accommodations while experiencing traditional Ayahuasca (Yagé), San Pedro Cactus, Peyote and Temazcal (Inipi) ceremonies.
At Eagle Condor Alliance, our central mission is to spread consciousness, awareness and love by being the bridge between our participants and the ancient traditions and sacred medicines of the Americas. We are ultimately concerned with supporting the elders of these traditions and with conserving the forests of Colombia where these medicines, traditions, and wisdoms are found.
Healing With All of the Sacred Medicines
We offer the sacred plants of the Americas in one powerful and rejuvenating 10 day retreat. Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and Lakota Sioux inipi (sweat lodge) ceremonies each have their own unique spirit, tradition, and way of showing us to ourselves. We believe that using these plants together in guided contexts creates the most profound and curative spiritual experience.
Intensive Plant Medicine Immersion Experience
The demanding itinerary of ECA retreats requires that participants approach the medicine with respect, reverence and strength. These medicines lead us to confront both the beauty and darkness in each of us, and will power is needed to maintain consistent focus on our transformative internal process during the retreat.
Our Commitment to the Individual
Each participant comes with his or her own past experiences, health concerns, goals, ambitions, medical history, and intentions for the retreat. At ECA, we have small retreat groups. The group is cared for by 3 group facilitators and 2 experienced healers who are committed to creating bonds of trust and compassion that form the foundation for the healing processes of participants.
Experienced Healers and The Purest Medicine
ECA’s healers have been finding, harvesting, and preparing their own medicines to the benefit of their respective communities for over 40 years. They offer these gifts from Mother Earth in their purest forms. ECA’s medicines are never altered or mixed with other substances or plants. They are provided with respect and love in traditional ceremonies from the Cofán community of the Amazon, the Lakota-Sioux of North America, and the traditional Andean peoples.
The Setting – Colombia’s Natural Beauty
The retreat centre is located at an altitude of 2300m surrounded by dense Andean sub tropical rain forest, spectacular views of the valley, pristine drinking water, your own private river, hiking, wildlife, and comfortable glamping and camping options
Comfort and Rejuvenation
Comfort is a crucial element in this reviving and re-energizing experience, and it’s typically forgotten by most other retreat centers. Participants at ECA retreats: sleep in comfortable, soft beds, take hot showers, eat delicious, healthy cuisine, drink fresh mountain water, walk outside without being devoured by insects, and are given ample alone time for reflection and self-examination. The mild climate also helps us rest.
Convenience and Price
Fly direct into Medellin’s international airport for a fraction of what it costs to get to Cusco, Leticia, Iquitos or other locations, and arrive at the retreat center in under 30 minutes via our private transport. No special vaccinations or injections required. We provide all food, housing, and on the ground transport in order to make our retreat relaxing and hassle free.

May 23, 2019 at 7:34 amThe ECA experience is a truly authentic dive into the world of plant medecin. With the help of the facilitators, the indigenous tribe and your own mental preparation, participants are expected to live through a series of challenging ceremonies that shape and transform your outlook on life. If you follow the pre trip advice and come to the retreat with intent, you are garanteed a life changing experience. I would recommend this particular retreat to anyone who is looking for a real connection with Great Spirit. Would do it again in a heart beat.

March 12, 2019 at 9:00 amI’d been wanting to go to a retreat like this for a long time, but I was skeptical about a lot of places. From all that I’d learned about ayahuasca before (reading or from experience), and from talking to Bobby by voice call, I felt good about how they run things. I wasn’t disappointed at all in what I actually found once I arrived.
It was a great environment thanks to everyone involved there. I had a bit of nervous energy before the first ceremony, but that all quickly dissipated once we got into the maloka and I could see and feel the warmth and family (literally) atmosphere. It’s easy to see there’s a lot of thought and care that goes into everything there. It was also great having discussions with the facilitators who knew where we were coming from and had seen people pass through and had practical advice for how to turn the experiences into more than just pretty colors and a story to tell friends.
I had had some difficult times without a shaman, but during one of the ceremonies, thanks to Leonidas, I was able to break through that and experience something sublime. I really don’t know how I can realistically say the retreat could have gone better. Even before I had left I was thinking about when would be good to come back.
As much as people may go mainly for ayahuasca, the san pedro ceremonies were great as well, and I felt the schedule as a whole was well planned. I was interested in the sweat lodge also, but I really didn’t know what to expect. That was actually a very powerful experience as well.

March 5, 2019 at 10:51 pmI spent 10 years researching where to go. I wanted to make sure I would be safe, respectful of the plant/tradition, and that I would be getting the guidance and help I needed.
I’m so greatful for what I experienced at the ECA. It was the most difficult, beautiful, and shifting experience I’ve ever had.
The facilitators are wonderful, the food is made with love, and the healers are an undeniable presence.
I don’t have many words to express how incredible the service that these folks provide is…but if you want to do the work and reconnect to what and who you are – I couldn’t recommend it any higher.
Much thanks to the ECA <3

March 4, 2019 at 6:06 pmThe experience I had at the Eagle Condor Alliance retreat is one that I will think about every day for the rest of my life.
The moment I got picked up from my hostel, I knew I was in good hands. The combination of the medicine, the healers, the faciliatators, the centre, quite literally every aspect of this place is nothing short of perfection.
This place changed my life and I can’t wait to come back when the time is right. Thank you Bobby and Jesse, thank you healers and elders, thank you Leidy and Margarita, and thank you Great Spirit for making this all possible.

March 3, 2019 at 10:35 pmThe retreat at ECA is truly an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was welcomed into a family. Bobby and Jesse are extremely passionate about what they do and are excellent guides. Gonzalo and Leonidas are incredible healers, who remain very down to earth and approachable. Lady is full of love in the kitchen, cooking amazing food. The other beautiful humans who reside at ECA also add their love, light and laughter. The plant medicines are very effective and are given with respect and kindness. This place is all about healing and paying homage to our beautiful planet. I feel very blessed to have been able to spend 10 days with the ECA family and I very much look forward to visiting again!!!
