It is true that Ayahuasca will come into your life at exactly the moment you are ready.
I can’t thank the Avalon team enough for all of their care, effort, compassion, generosity and expertise. This was my first experience with ayahuasca (I did the 6 day retreat), and I am so pleased that I chose Avalon, it is hands-down the best decision I’ve ever made.
Chris, Maggie, Pierluigi, and Imogen are the purest people I’ve ever met, and enabled all of us to get through the ceremonies with trust, safety and acceptance, no matter how difficult the experience could get. I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. They love so completely – and truly believe in everything that they do, and you really feel that love and belief.
The thought and effort that went into planning each day of the retreat – really shone through. Avalon offers such a generous all-inclusive package that makes it an entirely holistic experience.
The retreat setting and the food (by Cromatic Chef ) were perfection. Gabriel is a magician, not just a masseuse.
The bond you form with your group of fellow attendees is unlike anything you’ll ever come across in life, that vulnerability, those shared experiences, the conversations, and the laughs you share all make up part of the healing experience.
Thank you again to Alejandro, Ness, Victor, Nico, Lala, Gabriel, Chris, Maggie, Imogen, Pierluigi, Sophia, Suzi – you guys are incredible.

I just got back from the 6 Day Ayahuasca Retreat at Avalon and I can’t express enough how blown away I was by the experience! Avalon is a very special retreat, all the staff from the Sharmans, to the chiefs, facilitators and guides were absolutely amazing! The ceremonies were tough but Ness, Chris, Maggie and Imogen’s guidance and songs helped me to get through the worst of it. The food was brilliant! After following the diet for longer then I should have, every meal was a treat! The integration and one to one session’s were amazing! And would like to thank Lala and Nicolas for always pushing us and helping us to grow every day of the retreat. The yoga and breath work classes were fantastic! And the massage with Gabriel was just amazing! If you get the chance I would recommend taking the extra Bufo ceremony you won’t regret it! I miss all of the Avalon 16 Group and the people I have meet will always have a warm place in my heart. I begin the retreat on my own and left with a new family that I will forever be grateful for! Thank you all for such a wonderfully fantastic journey!

I can write a massive report on the Ayahuasca experience but i’m here to review the Avalon team and not the plant itself. One of the most important things when taking Ayahuasca is setting, which Avalon does a wonderful job organising. The ceremony space is beautiful, in nature and far away from the noise or crowded contamination of the city. They offer yoga before the ceremony which helps getting you relaxed and ready for the trip. After the ceremony you go sleep in your own room, then a delicious Ayahuasca appropriate breakfast, after which the essential integration circle takes place, where you share in a safe and supporting space everything that happened to you during the trip and whatever feeling that arose from it (even more important than the ceremony itself). During the ceremony, the shamans and guides really take care of you if you start going through a difficult path, although the one really responsible for getting you through it is yourself. I could write a huge paragraph about each one of the team, because everyone of them had a special effect on this wonderful experience, but i will just say I’m grateful for each and everyone of them and really hope i get to see them again.

A beautiful, inspirational, and deeply insightful ayahuasca experience, full of love and healing. It has changed my life. Not only were the ceremonies wonderful, everything around them, such as the integration coaching, massages, therapy sessions, breath-taking music, and amazing meals, all contributed to the power and beauty of the experience. The community held so much love and gratitude for one another, we are connected now and beyond this shared experience. The Avalon retreat is the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and heal, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

An enormous gratitude to the team of Avalon for this incredible, highly authentic ayahuasca experience, full of guidance, care & support at each step. I was impressed by a stunning location that fully immerses you in nature and helps detach completely from the urban life. We had a chromatic chef who was cooking beautiful & delicious ayahuasca-friendly dishes. The ceremonies were organized with high respect to traditions and accompanied with breathtaking voices of a shaman and guardians. What makes Avalon unique is also the program that includes integration & therapy sessions conducted by professionals, which is ideal for the first timers. Thank you so much for what you do!
