Hello Amazing people!

This is my heart note, of love, and gratitude. Why I highly recommend Avalon for Ayahuasca retreat, and here is why:
Overview:
It was loving, nurturing and safe journey the whole way through and everything was well thought from location to massage, food, music, coloring, integration circles, yoga, individual coaching session and post ceremony session. I highly recommend Avalon whether your going alone or with friends.
All the people you meet their you feel like they can be your friends and indeed after what you go through together they become family.

In details:
Meet and greet!
Sophia!
The minute we contacted Avalon, Sophia was the person that answers all your inquires and booking relations, she also books you a private call to know you personal situation/intention and go through any concerns you have in mind (She was so professional, lovely, calm and emphatic).
Benjo!
You meet Benjo on the bus once you have reached Barcelona to take you to the retreat, he is funny trying to break the ice with people which was so nice.
For me personally I was quiet and very reserved because I was so excited to get there in the other hand I am nervous! I am on my way to Aya!
You will see Benjo a lot during the day for different sessions.

Accommodation! Arrival
Stunning location, you will live in a beautiful painting for 5 days that you will never want to leave. Pictures doesn’t give it justice. The rooms are clean, Airconditioned mine had a window which is nice for fresh weather.
You will get the time to refresh get comfortable with the space; Then the program will start, they are so organized to the minute! No time wasted.

Meet the founders! Victor & Alejandro.
Alejandro!
You’ll be gathered for an induction; Alejandro will lead on running through the daily schedule and share his knowledge about the plant medicine, Shamans that will be joining/leading the ceremonies.
He is knowledgeable, very professional, and will answers all the questions or concerns you have.

Victor!
I feel Victor is the backbone! He is the Avalon lawyer and you will see victor running around the facility in the background making sure all our needs are met, things are going smoothly and on schedule. Super Genuine!

Food Time! Means Maria and her Team
During the retreat you will be having a chromatic meal, every day will represent a different color for the set of food that will be served. I have never experienced that, and every plate was so artistically done.

Ceremony Preparation:
Yoga session with Lala!
I recommend doing the yoga session with Lala because it gives you a nice stretch before the long exciting night! Lala had surprised us with beautiful live singing during her session (her voice and lyric were amazing and soothing)
You will be seeing Lala in different sessions along the day, and she was my one to one coach, that I scheduled on the third or fourth day to give myself time before I talk about my feelings, and she was great help in my journey! Like your talking to your girl with no judgment full of openness and she will tell you straight up. She helped me a lot!

Face Painting with Sophia!
This was great time together have small chat with the group next to the fire and get cosy and relaxed.
Sophia the face artist she would ask you for your intention of the night and draw a beautiful drawing that helps that intention.

Ceremony:
I felt very nervous at first, however the team of practitioners were all so loving, understanding and encouraging.
During the ceremony I felt so safe safe safe and that was the most important things I was worried about in Aya ceremonies.
The Ceremony was Magical! Beyond words… each night is different and each personal experience is different. However, the ceremony set up and the music the candles the flowers the fire … at some point I felt I was dreaming.
Chris and Maggie!!!
Are healers and they are every night with you during the ceremony they have beautiful voice together and Chris leads on so many songs his voice is amazing (and we are all waiting for their album). Also they watch over the participance during the night.

Benjo!
Is a psychologist and a healer that focuses on educating people on masculine energy for Men and Women. He is also watching over the participance over night making sure everyone is ok.
You will see Benjo leading the integration circle with Lala to go over your ceremony experiences, please please please don’t miss these sessions, I only missed them when I had other private sessions booked.
Integration session will help you process and hear other people experiences.. it might help connect with other people on a deeper level by hearing their stories and its an open circle with no judgement.

Katarina!! Oh
Katarina is a Healer and singer her voice is absolutely amazing and so soothing I connected so much with her music. Katarina is full of love to give and she personally helped me through one of my toughest nights. Thank you Katarina

Alejandro!
Alejandro is a healer and the maestro of all of this experience! He also joins every night during the ceremony, and makes sure everyone is ok and looked over. My personal experience and I’m so thankful for on the breathwork day I broke through an inner child work and he was their in best way possible and helped me through to navigate the pain and we talked about it after which was so helpful. Thank you so much.

Single sessions:
Breathwork session with Adel.
It was my first breathwork session that I experience, and it was so powerful and profound experience thanks to Adel leading the session.

Energy healing (chakras and access bar) with Susy
Her lovely personality you can see it through all days.
Chakra reading help me understand more about myself and what I needed to work on.

Last but not Least at all, the Massage with Lucian!
Have you heard of someone crying through a massage not out of physical pain lol … just from how much the body was charged with emotions and when your trying to relax the body with a massage it just released more emotions for me. Thank you Lucian for the well needed best massage ever.
