“Dieta” is a traditional period of seclusion, during which the dieter comes in contact with ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ “๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ”” and its spirit. During this time ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ are followed, so that the dieter consumes no salt, sugar, (also no sugary fruit and vegetables), oil, species, or processed food. The meals are bland and simple.

No distractions, including use of cell phones, reading and sexual activities are allowed. Diet is a time of ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. Frequent journaling, drawing, and painting is advised in order to process fully the incoming information and insights. It is also a time of intense and vivid contact and immersion in the nature.

The choice which Master Plant to diet depends mostly on intention of the person undergoing the process and their experience working with plant medicines. Kambo It is obtained from a giant tree frog, Phyllomedusa bicolor. Indigenous people have used kambo for centuries to heal and cleanse the body by strengthening its natural defenses. Kambo contains unique peptide chains that ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฆ.

April 19, 2023 at 5:13 amBlessed I am for having a chance to spend time with this wonderful human beings and tremendous teachers Petter Pran amazed me with his simplicity and humbleness, his presence is letting my deep self be my teacher and he is there mostly to hold space for that to happen which is something so beautiful that I cannot describe it with words. His being and sayings outside of the ceremony are very minimal but when you go into spiritual realm with Pran you will know exactly why is that so, Petter learned how important simplicity is and that is a true gift to carry and spread. His Icaros is so genuine and pure โจ touching deep layers of my soul that Icaros is still present with me. Ana is such a blessing and such a strong character, she is the wise guardian and a person of great great knowledge that I enjoyed talking to and learning from. A ceremony with them opened me up and healed me deeply, I have even started writing poetry for the very first time ever and since then I am not stopping and that is also telling me how much of a bliss they brought to me. April 15, 2023 at 10:53 amSince first ayahuasca ceremony with Pran 5 years ago, I found him as a true healer who helped me to start searching my inner self in ways I could only imagine before. He truly understood my intensions and wishes for myself, and showed me how beautiful being I really am.
His approach and sense of comfort were so natural and pure that I felt it instantly and let myself completely. For first time in my life I fell in love in myself, and it feels so strong and beautiful.

Peter asked me a few questions and that make me think…
Long story short….
I changed my plans…. Stay extra week and done week of dieta and four ceremonies. There was a big transformation…. To something I didn’t have have idea that exists.
Since then I am on my journey discovering myself….. The Universe….. Connections between everything.
Peter helped my to wake up…. With ayahuasca medicine

Only within the last couple years had I started to research psychedelics as a medicine for someone close to me and the more I learned the more I realized I may be able to benefit as much. As a middle-aged woman with no drug/plant medicine experience recreational, medicinal or otherwise, I was cautious for my first experience and had many concerns. Anna addressed each of my concerns with sensitivity and without judgement. I have been living with a low-level depression for most of my adult life. My career had brought me to a point of extreme burnout. The months I had taken off work to recover were not really helping. I was feeling overwhelmed at the slightest bit of stress. Knowing that traditional western medicine would have me facing a lifetime of antidepressants with horrible side effects, seeing an alternative was relieving. I started my search for a place that would be truly therapeutic, safe, and considerate of my specific concerns. Anna explained the process, the accommodations and her professional background as a researcher and counselor, Peter’s training with the Ayahuasca. They also didn’t sell Ayahuasca as a cure-allI and that there are some physical ailments that this is not the right medicine for. All of this made me confident that I had chosen the right place and not fallen into a tourist trap. It was an amazing experience. When I left I felt like a huge weight had lifted off my shoulders. While certain stressors still exist in my life, I am not overwhelmed by them. I still have family members that are dealing with severe life threatening illness but I am dealing with it with positivity and without breaking down as I had previously. I am back to work and being productive without feeling burned out. 10 days at the retreat and 4 sessions with ayahuasca. I am not perfect and I am still me but I am definitely a better version of me. I would recommend Anna and Peter everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

April 12, 2023 at 9:30 pmI stayed at Mahฤvana for a week retreat with plant diet and Ayahuasca ceremony. It’s a beautiful journey to get there. From the moment I stepped onto the boat in the harbour of Iquitos to their place, I instantly felt connected to the authentic and pure nature of the Amazon. I was very lucky to be of the first to stay in their newly build house in the jungle. The place is really inspiring, with an incredible view and natural green surroundings.
Peter and Anita are kind and lovely people willing to help you with any questions or doubts you may have.
The ceremony itself is led by Peter, who is a very knowledgable and experienced Shaman.
He knows exactly what you need at each moment and he will guide you with his beautiful singing throughout the whole experience.
I’m glad I chose him as a Shaman for my ayahuasca. He brings a very positive energy of trust and safety.
