My experience at Avalon was amazing, eye opening and life changing. From the moment we arrived at the resort, everything was done so professionally and more importantly I felt super safe.
The staff were friendly, informative, but also so in touch with the medicine and the spiritual side of everything that you didn’t feel stupid or awkward asking them any questions. The food was delightful, the massage, access bar and integration sessions were very much needed, and with the hot weather during the 6 days we were there, the use of the pool was a bonus. The ceremonies themselves were enlightening, the background of the medicine was very well explained and the shamans themselves were so loving and easy to get on with – they felt like family.
The ceremonial music and the guardians were outstanding. Every ceremony had some of the most beautiful songs and with the love and support of the guardians made it even more special. Every night there was dancing and singing. The most special thing about this place were the people who joined me on this retreat. Everybody had their own story, there was no judgement, and we all loved and supported each other in a powerful way that I had never experienced before. I may have had some nerves on the first day, however by the end of the stay, I was nearly crying because I was reluctant to leave this new family.
I cannot recommend Avalon highly enough. The professionalism and safety of the whole experience was more than I could have imagined, and I will definitely be going again whenever mother ayahuasca comes calling. Aho

I attended a Sacred Mushrooms Deep Dive ceremony in Barcelona. Astonishing. Highly professional and safe at all time. It really changed me in a positive way. I will definitely do it again.

The ceremony took place at a central location in Barcelona city. The shamans Chris and Maggie and their assistants Suzie, Abbey, Angela and Pati were experienced, empathetic and at their ease all the time. The mushrooms were absolutely great. The ride was extraordinary. We left 10 hours later, tired and very happy.

The experience was joy, knowledge, gratitude and fun.

The music…. No words to describe it.

I am still processing.

My recent mushroom retreat experience with Avalon was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of healing and transformation. The insights that unfolded during the retreat were profound, leaving me with a deep sense of personal growth and understanding.

The organization of the retreat was highly professional, and I felt safe and supported during the entire ceremony. Special thanks to Benjo, who skillfully guided us through the ceremony, and Nathalie, who held space for me and others, creating a nurturing environment for inner exploration.

The music provided by Ravi & Katharina was nothing short of breathtaking. It added an extra layer of depth and emotion to the experience, enhancing the overall journey.

One highlight was the incredible food provided by Abdel. The nourishing meals not only satisfied the body but also contributed to the overall sense of well-being throughout the retreat.

Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the founder of Avalon, Alejandro, who ensured that everything ran smoothly. His dedication to creating a safe and transformative space is commendable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Avalon to anyone seeking a safe and profound experience with plant medicines. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and are willing to do the integrational work, Avalon is the place to be. It’s an experience that will stay with you long after the retreat ends.

To my dear Avalon family, from the first day I was here I didn’t feel like a stranger at all everyone greeted me as family treated me like family and gave me infinite support. The food was good the staff was tremendous and I felt like home. Now a week later I truly miss Avalon and my Avalon family. I had a wonderful bond with all of you and the Shamans. Thank u for all ur support

This place was an absolute wonder. Everyone was so loving and supporting throughout my entire stay. This experience helped me heal more than I ever could on my own. I will never forget this beautiful journey and the teachings that came with it. I’m so grateful. I love them all!
