Bufo alvarius Ceremony. (Avalon, Barcelona, August 2024)
I’d like to express my profound gratitude to the entire Avalon team that took care of us is this wonderful ceremony. This was a collective experience in an amazing setting. My personal experience was truly trascendental and of pure love. I went into the Bufo ceremony quite ready. However, as the time of the ceremony got closer, I was extremely nervous and scared. Ness our shaman and her team flawlessly guided us with breathing exercises and sharing of our intentions in a setting with lovely shamanic sounds and mystical incense smoke. These brought us collectively to tranquility and total ease before receiving the medicine. We received clear instructions for every step in receiving the medicine. Immediately after I inhaled the medicine, I was catapulted into the cosmos which initially terrified my mind or ego. After I surrendered, my soul exploded into a pure white light in which I’ve experienced oneness with the divine, perfect love, forgiveness and a profound feeling of a state of omniscient. Everything was understood and my little ego shattered in pieces. After becoming aware of my physical body again, I could appreciate other people’s experiences and assimilated as my own. Bufo alvarius has helped me in understanding and seeing the divine in every being on this planet. We all come from God and will return to him/her/it.. Every being has his own path and it’s perfect, we only experience suffering when we become unaware of our eternal nature of love. Now I feel like a reborn human being and ready to continue in my journey like a free man. I give my profound gratitude to the creature Bufo alvarius!

Avalon is composed of the most caring and professional individuals you can meet.

Every single participant left with a smile on their face and in my opinion it is not just thanks to the medicine – the genuine love and respect that you need to go through this process, and the passion with which the team at Avalon are doing their work…

I’ll try and keep it a bit shorter, participants who I was fortunate enough to have this experience described it quite well here.
There is always someone there for you, and I am grateful for every single member (and the group I was fortunate to go through this with) for the experience,

If you have doubts or are looking for a sign, this is it.
There is a genuine reason the reviews look the way they do, Avalon is more than a place to experience the ceremony. it is the best setting, and even with the ceremony removed it is a holistic transformative experience, since every detail, from the preparation to integration are thought through.

Participating in a six-day retreat with Avalon in Barcelona was an experience that profoundly impacted my life. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to create a truly exceptional experience. The retreat’s design ensured a journey of deep transformation, facilitated by an extraordinary team of shamans, facilitators, and support staff who provided a safe and nurturing environment.

The retreat included four Ayahuasca ceremonies, skillfully led by Jairo Palchukán and Ness Dalgà. Ness, with her warm presence, deep knowledge, and musical gifts, guided the ceremonies with compassion and insight. The support during the Bufo and Kambo ceremonies was equally remarkable, allowing for a deeply personal and transformative experience.

For years, I had pondered attending an Ayahuasca retreat, often held back by fears and uncertainties about its suitability and safety. However, this retreat exceeded all my expectations. The setting and arrangements were flawless, providing an experience akin to a five-star retreat. It was the perfect introduction to such profound practices, and I would highly recommend it.

The integration workshops were invaluable, and led by two Angels, Pati and Lala. These sessions not only helped participants process their experiences but also fostered a strong sense of community and mutual support. The team, including Ammy, Alejandro, and Victor, provided continuous support, bringing together a wealth of experience in shamanism, plant medicines, and facilitation that was both evident and enriching.

Additional therapies offered during the retreat, such as Susy’s Access Bars sessions, Gabriel’s massages, and Abel’s breathwork sessions, added layers of healing and relaxation. The accommodations provided a perfect space for rest and reflection, and Marina’s exquisite meals were a delightful complement to the overall experience.

The transformation and healing that I witnessed among the participants were truly inspiring. For me, the ceremonies offered a rare opportunity to confront and process deep-seated emotions, yielding insights that were both profound and liberating. The combination of expert guidance, beautiful music, and a supportive environment created a masterpiece of an experience.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Avalon’s retreats to anyone seeking profound personal growth and healing. The professionalism and dedication of the team, along with the carefully curated experiences, make it a truly transformative journey. Should the opportunity arise, I would choose Avalon again without hesitation. The retreat has left an indelible mark on my life, for which I am deeply grateful.
