I’m don’t even know where to start! This has been the most humbling and life changing experience of my life so far. The team here at Avalon are all extremely skilled healers. In their own right as indivials, but when they come together as a team the collective energy is breath taking. Everyone vibrates love at Avalon and it’s impossible not to feel love too. Simply sitting next to anyone of the practitioners, volunteers or support staff brings out a sparkle in me I didn’t even know was there! I’m so grateful for the support, guidance and if I’m honest mollycoddeling I so desperately needed. The medicine is extremely powerful, it forces you to look at yourself so that you can grow (up) and really step into your power with humility and grace. I am ready. And I couldn’t have taken a single step without the guidance of every single member of team. Special thanks to the newly engaged Maggie and Chris who worked themselves tirelessly facilitating everyone’s healing #powercouole. Of course Queen Ness, who blessed me with her Motherly Shamanic energy and invaluable advice. Danny, Xaiver (sorry for the miss spelling), Paula and Olympia who guided me through every ceremony. What a powerful familia! Of course Suzie and Gabriel who are not only extremely skilled healers but always had a kind supportive word for me when I would bump into them. Marina and team! For her healing food! Lala for teaching me about my Disney Princess . Victor for his epic smile and great advice. All the volunteers for their beautiful spirits (special thanks to Ben for his healing hands). Alejandro for starting this retreat and facilitating a place of love. And finally my beautiful sister Virginie. Without this Queen to lean on, I honestly don’t know if I would have opened up the way I did. She is truly Magic and has a gift that can’t be put into words. Thank you thank you thank you to the whole team! Thank you to Pachamama for her guidence, Thank you to the flame for his wisdom, Thank you to the water for cleansing, Thank you to the air for the sweet prana breathed in daily! Working with you all, has allowed me to realise that I am a powerful baby and that’s okay . I love you all and I’ll see you soon

Avalon is a place where you will feel accepted and loved no matter where you come from. I thought I was coming here with an open heart but it was the people here that showed me what having an open heart really means.

Giving all that they are with their hearts and love and skills to hopefully teach you to trust and to learn to also do this for yourself and for others.

Teaching by example, with love, unconditionally, this is what family really means.

Thank you brothers and sisters, you will forever be a part of my heart.

Really been blessed with the opportunity to visit this place which gave me a touch of what heaven feels like.
It’s not just the medicine, but also the place, the people, the food, and the vibe that creates an expierence which I still hold most precious in my life.
The insight into nature of existence starts changing you from the very core of your being, transforming and healing you.
Bless everyone who reads it, have no doubts about whether to try it, just do it. 🙂

So grateful I found this place in Barcelona, the Avalon family has created a wonderful holistic center with a variety of therapeutic ceremonies in a very safe and healing environment. From the first moment I got a very trustful impression, and I felt very accompanied since the first contact. The Avalon team was there prior-during and after the session to assist, inform and follow up, which felt so nice. The experience itself was very profound, healing, and life-changing for me. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Avalon team for holding space for one of the most important and beautiful weeks of my life.

After my first experience with this sacred plant, I learned that medicine has it’s own timing, it’s own agenda when it comes to what kind of experience your going to have. The medicine itself worked very differently for every participant that I was in ceremony with. But each and everyone of us were so well taken care of, so well loved by the staff, the shamans and all the medicine helpers at Avalon.

With each ceremony that I did I felt a deepened sense of safety and unconditional compassion from those who held space for us.

The ceremonies were held with such sacred attention and devotion. The integration circles were very well organized and timely for the processing of our experiences. All of the practitioners who offer the one on one sessions were impeccable.

The land that the retreat is held on is stunning and so is the venue. Not to mention the delicious food…

Thank you so much to everyone at Avalon for your service and for holding the container for my journey with the medicine to begin, for such beauty and connection and love to be expressed. It was a truly life-changing week. I left feeling so full of love! I hope to work with you all again 🙂
